Change the Story – What a great website of Muslims speaking out against un-Qur’anic practices that are typically associated with Islam.  The opening video is great and the “Land Called Paradise” music video that follows is a candid side of Muslims that most Americans do not know.

Jesus in the Qur’an - This is the website from a church in Georgia that is making impressive strides to educate Christians & Muslims on the truth shared between them.  Notice their “Generation Salaam” groups.  They are groups that “gather to read Scripture, serve humanity in the name of God, and seek the true straight path to Him.”  Check it out!

20,000 Dialogues – Is an organization that seeks to build understanding and familiarity of  who Muslims are and what they really represent.  They accomplish their purpose by people going to their website to watch a movie and then starting a dialogue locally.  What are you waiting for, go watch a movie.

Bridges to Common Ground – Is an international peace organization that seems to be connected in Washington and doing their part to bring Muslims and Christians together to foster dialogue and peace.  There are some fascinating videos on this site.

One Nation For All –This is a great resource website to find out what Muslims are doing in America to make a difference.  Their page titled, “American Muslims Condemn Terrorism” is a much-needed outcry that we applaud.  It contains weblinks to articles and news reports of reputable Muslims condemning terror that most Americans never see presented.

Preemptive Love Coalition – Is a group that is taking shoes made by Kurds and selling them to a US audience with the intent of raising money for Kurdish kids who will die without critical heart surgeries.  We need more organizations like this!

Abrahamic Alliance International – Is a “faith-based non-profit organization uniting Jews, Christians, and Muslims for active peacebuilding and relief of extreme poverty.”  This group provides opportunities for peacebuilding through Loving Neighbors Seminars and Local Community Projects.

U.S. Institute of Peace – This is a government run Peace initiative that seems to have some great goals for achieving world peace.  Check out their building that is going up in D.C.—pretty impressive.

Yale Center for Faith & Culture Reconciliation Program – Yale offers a degree study program that states: “The goal of the Reconciliation Program is to promote reconciliation between Muslims and Christians, and between Muslim nations and the West, drawing on the resources of the Abrahamic faiths and the teachings and person of Jesus.

Israeli Committee Against House Demolitions – ICAHD is a non-profit organization that is “committed to advancing a just peace between Israelis and Palestinians based on coexistence and respect for the human rights of both peoples.” They repair Palestinian homes that have been demolished by the Israeli government. We commend this Jewish group for laying down racial solidarity for the higher cause of justice and human dignity, which has no race.

Halalfire – Don't let the name confuse you. This is an extremely helpful Muslim website that allows you to do a search in your area for halal restaurants, markets and mosques. It also connects to a database that links you into Muslim related news articles and other items of interest. There are links to numerous other helpful Muslim websites across the top of the landing page. This truly is a hub of Muslim related info.

Common Ground News Service – This is a News source that focuses on articles and topics related to finding common ground between otherwise opposing groups such as Christians and Muslims or Arabs and Israelis. We are glad to see that there are others out there writing about this critical issues. There are some great articles to be found on this site!
